Getting Started & Initial School Setup
Submit School Proposal
Visit the School Registration Form and enter your 11-digit UDISE code, school address, and HOI contact details.
Receive Verified Credentials
Our onboarding team activates your school database and emails your administrative credentials directly to the registered HOI email address.
First Login & Security Setup
Navigate to Secure Login. Upon signing in, open My Account > Change Password to set a strong, private password.
Create Staff & Teacher Accounts
Under HoI Zone > OSMS Users > Create, add Assistant Teachers and staff with designated role permissions.
Managing Students & Roll Allocations
Adding New Student Records
Navigate to Student > Information > Add New. Input basic student details, guardian info, and Bank IFSC. The system auto-resolves postal codes and branch names.
Assigning Class, Section & Roll Numbers
Go to Students > Class Roll > Assign. Enter the student's Admission Serial (e.g. 2026-001) and allocate their Class, Section (A/B/C), and Roll Number.
Generating Custom Multi-Criteria Student Lists
Open Students > Search > Group to filter students by gender, caste category, blood group, or class, and export directly to PDF or Excel.
Evaluation, Marks Entry & Progress Cards
Configure Evaluation Full Marks
Navigate to Academic > Full Marks > Set. Configure the maximum marks for Formative (FA), Summative (SA), and Project assessments according to board norms.
Subject Teacher Marks Entry
Teachers log in and click Formative / Summative / Project from the dashboard. Select your assigned Class-Section-Subject and enter scores on the real-time validated sheet.
Print Official Holistic Progress Reports
Open Progress Reports > Holistic Report Card. Choose English or Bengali template to print comprehensive 2-page report cards complete with co-curricular remarks and school stamps.
Timetable Generator & Daily Substitution
Define Teacher Workload & Class Subjects
Go to Academic > Timetable Maker and assign weekly subject quotas and teacher availability constraints.
Generate Conflict-Free Master Routine
Click Run Routine Balancer. The algorithm automatically resolves period overlaps, practical slots, and generates printable master, class-wise, and teacher-wise routines.
Managing Daily Teacher Substitutions
When a staff member is on leave, open Leave & Substitution Manager to auto-allocate substitute teachers sorted by lowest daily load and print notice slips.
Free AI Scanned Photo & Signature Extractor
Upload Scanned Sheet or Camera Photo
Open the Free AI Extractor. Drag and drop any scanned A4 sheet or photo (JPG, PNG, HEIC, Android DNG RAW supported).
Auto-Detection & Interactive Fine-Tuning
The AI detection engine automatically locates all photos/signatures. Use the granular 0.1° slider or 90° flip buttons in the bottom taskpane to adjust any individual card crop.
Auto-Compress & Download ZIP
Select your target size (e.g. 50 KB for Banglar Shiksha). Click Generate Final Crops and download the full ZIP archive ready for portal upload.
