End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (either an individual educator or an authorized institutional representative) and Buy Buy Biz (provider of MOSMS / schoolWB).

By accessing https://mosms.i24x7.in, registering an account, submitting a school proposal, or utilizing any of our online applications and tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

MOSMS accommodates distinct user tiers with specific roles:

• Institutional School Accounts: Registered by the Head of Institution (Headmaster, Headmistress, TIC, Principal). The institution is responsible for maintaining administrative control, granting verified staff privileges, and ensuring valid student records under their official UDISE.
• Independent Teacher Accounts: Registered by individual educators to maintain personal evaluation registers, lesson notes, and classroom schedules. Teachers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Public Utility Users: Non-registered users utilizing free tools (such as the AI Extractor) are granted a limited, temporary license to process scans on a session basis.

Our Free AI Utilities Hub (including the Scanned Photo & Signature Extractor) provides client-assisted automated cropping, deskewing, and compression.

• No Server-Side Image Scraping: Uploaded scanned sheets and crop results are processed strictly in transient session directories and are never used to train external models or shared with third parties.
• Automatic Cleanup: Temporary files generated during guest sessions are automatically purged after processing or upon session completion.
• Accuracy Verification: While our AI detection engine strives for near-perfect border and rotation accuracy, users are provided with an interactive canvas and taskpane to verify and fine-tune crops prior to downloading ZIP archives.

100% Institutional Ownership: All school data, teacher records, student admission details, marks scores, and evaluation aggregates remain the exclusive intellectual and administrative property of the respective school or educator.

MOSMS acts strictly as a technological processor and cloud infrastructure host. We employ industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption for in-transit communication and maintain automated encrypted off-site cloud backups to protect against hardware disruption.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any proprietary algorithms, timetable optimizers, or scoring engines.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the platform without prior written authorization.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to harvest data or degrade the platform's response performance.
• Upload malicious payloads, unauthorized spyware, or forge institutional identities and UDISE numbers.

The application and its auxiliary tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Buy Buy Biz makes every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% platform availability and calculation precision, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free during scheduled maintenance windows or upstream internet disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buy Buy Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages or user errors in entering grade criteria.

This Agreement remains effective for as long as you maintain an active account or access MOSMS online services. Buy Buy Biz reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in material breach of security or statutory policies.

We may periodically revise this Agreement to reflect newly released academic features or regulatory guidelines. Material changes will be accompanied by an updated revision date and dashboard notice. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts at Krishnanagar, Nadia, West Bengal, India.
