MOSMS is a unified, cloud-based academic and administrative platform tailored specifically for Indian primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools. It automates day-to-day operations including student admissions, UDISE Plus synchronizations, conflict-free timetable generation, exam marks compilation, bilingual progress reports (Bengali & English), teacher leave management, and AI-powered document utilities.
MOSMS natively supports all state curricula (such as WBBSE, WBBPE, WBCHSE) as well as CBSE and ICSE frameworks. It covers all grades from Pre-Primary / Nursery up to Class XII (Science, Arts, and Commerce streams), including vocational subjects.

2. School Onboarding & UDISE Management
Institutional onboarding, data migration, and roll assignment
The Head of Institution (Headmaster, Headmistress, TIC, or Principal) can submit an onboarding proposal via our School Registration Form. Our onboarding team verifies the school UDISE and provisions your dedicated database within 24 hours.
Yes! We provide automated import tools for standard Banglar Shiksha DCF files, UDISE spreadsheets, and custom CSV/Excel master registers. Our team assists with data cleansing and duplicate resolution during initial setup at zero cost.
MOSMS assigns a permanent Admission Serial Number to each pupil along with a session-specific Roll Number. When students are promoted to a new academic year, roll numbers can be automatically rearranged alphabetically, by previous examination merit, or preserved according to institution policy.
3. Exams, Evaluation & Holistic Marksheets
Formative/Summative marks, grade calculation, and report cards
Yes. MOSMS includes official 2-page Holistic Progress Reports in both English and Bengali adhering to state board guidelines. Page 1 displays subject-wise formative, summative, and overall term aggregates with grades, while Page 2 records co-curricular activities, health metrics, and teacher remarks.
Yes. Using our role-based security system, teachers can log in from their own computers or mobile phones and enter marks for their assigned classes and subjects simultaneously. Real-time validation prevents scores exceeding maximum allowable marks.
4. Timetable & Substitution Engine
Automated scheduling, period balancing, and daily substitutions
The algorithm analyzes teacher availability, maximum periods per day, subject workload requirements, laboratory/practical constraints, and room capacities to build a balanced weekly schedule without double-booking any instructor or classroom.
When a teacher is on leave, the substitution engine identifies available teachers during those vacant periods (sorted by lowest workload) and generates an instant substitution slip and notice board printout.
5. Free School AI Utilities Hub
Batch photo/signature extraction, mobile RAW/DNG, and compression
Yes! The Photo & Signature Extractor Tool is completely free and requires zero login. Anyone can upload scanned sheets or camera photos, run AI auto-detection, fine-tune individual card crops/rotations, and download the full ZIP archive.
The extractor supports standard
JPG, PNG, WEBP, Apple iPhone HEIC, and Camera RAW formats including Android DNG, TIFF, CR2, and NEF. The server automatically normalizes them into high-speed web canvases.
Output images are calibrated to strict 3.5:4.5 passport aspect ratios (or 3:1 signature ratios) and auto-compressed using a client-side binary iterative compression engine to guarantee file sizes under 50 KB (or your chosen size) without visible loss of sharpness.
6. Independent Teachers Workspace
Personal accounts, cloud marks registers, and data retention
A School Account links all teachers, administrators, and students of an institution under an official UDISE. An Independent Teacher Account is for individual educators whose schools have not yet joined MOSMS. It provides private cloud storage to maintain personal marks registers, syllabus milestone diaries, and image extraction batches.
Yes. All student lists, marks records, and lesson plans created under your registered educator profile are securely stored in the cloud and remain accessible anytime you log in from any device.
7. Security, Privacy & Data Backup
Encryption standards, data ownership, and automated backups
Your school owns 100% of its data. MOSMS serves strictly as the technological cloud provider. You can export complete student databases, admission registers, and marks sheets to Excel/CSV at any time.
All databases undergo encrypted daily off-site backups with point-in-time recovery capabilities. Data transmissions use TLS 1.3 encryption across all forms and endpoints.
